Week 3 Objectives
- Exercise #3 Listen To YOUR Voice: With so much going on around us in every single moment, it can be hard to listen to the voice inside your head. Which is why the best way to do this is to close your eyes and LISTEN to your thoughts. FOCUS on every thought that pops into your head and ask yourself WHY you might be thinking about this. With practice, you’ll see that YOUR voice always leads you in the right direction!
