Smart people can partner up with each other and make a Mastermind Team that solves big issues faster and more effectively as a team. There are many examples of Masterminds in the real world too including the U.S. government, a jury in a courtroom, student council, a movie production, or managers on the board of a big company. This month we will cover ways YOU can use Masterminds like the Avengers and accomplish great things!

Before we go into how you can start creating your own awesome Masterminds, let’s dig a little deeper into why Masterminds are so cool! Many successful people including a lot of millionaires, celebrities, scientists, presidents, and lawyers believe that the main reason for their success is all the relationships and friendships they’ve built over the years. They believe that great relationships help you accomplish great things! Two heads, or more, is always better than one and with the help of good friends and family you can solve big problems together and maybe even change the world. This is the Mastermind Principle and all it really means is you can do more together than you can alone. Now that you see the power of a Mastermind, how can we use the process that the Avengers use in YOUR own life? It’s simple, really! All you need to do is ask the people that you love to come together and talk! Maybe you get a few of your best friends to come together every Wednesday afternoon and talk about ideas or do school work together. Or you invite a few of your teammates over on Thursdays to practice a sport or hobby. You can even brainstorm simple business ideas like starting a lemonade stand with a friend or sibling.
