- Exercise #3 Put In The Hours: Did you know that the journey towards mastery takes around 10,000 hours of practice? Every great musician, artist, sports athlete, and martial artist became a master at their craft by putting in 10,000 hours of consistent work. Although that number may seem big, the important lesson here is that mastery takes time and you should never feel pressured to be great at anything overnight. Plus practicing will feel like an absolute breeze if you really love what you do and have a blast doing it! Make an effort to practice your Life Mastery exercises for at least a couple minutes each day to get you started on your road to mastery.
