Week 2 Objectives
- Exercise #2 Start a DECISION Journal: Sometimes the best way to learn is by writing things down as it helps you remember things and also allows you to go back and look at your past. From now on, every time you make a big decision write that decision in your Decision Journal and note if that decision was good or bad. Decided to watch TV before homework? Write it down! Said something you regret to a friend or family member? Write it down! Did a favor for someone you love? Write it down!
