Week 3 Objectives

  • Exercise #3 Practice FORGIVENESS: Although learning from mistakes is very important, obsessing over your mistakes is not healthy. Apologize to whoever your mistake may have hurt, commit to doing things differently next time, and forgive yourself. After all, life is about letting go and always moving forward.


  • Question 3: Describe in your own words what it means to learn from failure.
