At Home Exercise for 1 Week and Continue to do this forever.
- Exercise #1 Connect With Your Spirit: Finding your True North is a very spiritual adventure! A great place to start with this is by imagining the things you LOVE the most. This includes people, hobbies, sports, and things you want to accomplish. Close your eyes and spend a couple minutes each morning imagining the things you LOVE.
- Question 1: What is your North telling you about what you want to be when you grow up?
