Week 3 Objectives
- Exercise #3 Take Notes: Reading really does wonders for the brain but combining reading and writing activates even more parts of your brain! We highly recommend keeping a notebook by your side when you read. Write down the knowledge that you gained, anything that you learned, a quote, or even a funny line you enjoyed. Taking notes on what you read will make you smarter, help you remember the important parts, and you can look at your journal for inspiration.
