Week 3 Objectives
- Exercise #3 Grateful Diary: If writing down wild ideas and coming up with fun creative stories seems hard, it might be easier to start by simply writing down your positive feelings! A great way to start the habit of writing every night is by writing down a few good things that happened that day that you’re grateful for. This could be great weather, a delicious meal, a fun time with friends, good grades, and everything else you are grateful for. This is the perfect way to flex your writing muscles and end each day feeling positive and great!
