Week 2 Objectives


  • Exercise #2 MASTER Your Mind: Your mind is so powerful and the more you learn the stronger it gets! As you learn new things about the world and practice the things you love, you’ll feel more confident as you get better. Sometimes we learn so much information in a single day between school and activities that we can easily feel overwhelmed by everything. A great way to clear things up is to write down something great that you learned everyday in a “Mind Journal”. This could be a fun fact, life lesson, or anything else you find interesting or useful.
