Week 1
Week 1 Objectives
- Exercise #1 LOVE Your Body: A big part of self confidence is loving and appreciating your body. That means being proud of all the things that makes you unique like your hair, skin, face, strength, abilities, or anything else that makes you look the way you do! A great way to do this is to look in the mirror a couple times a week and really take note of how great you look that day. Also make sure to keep up with your martial arts exercises to keep your body healthy and strong!
