Week 1 Objectives

  • Exercise #1 YOUR Life Journal: We LOVE using journals in the Life Mastery journey! By now you should already have a Decision Journal to help you keep track of your choices and become more responsible but let’s expand on that and get more creative with it! From now on, anytime you have an idea write it down! Everything from funny thoughts, cool questions, things that surprised you that day, your emotions/feelings you had, and anything else you feel is important can all go in your Life Journal!


  • Question 1: Write down 3 fun ideas, thoughts, or things you’re interested in. (Be creative! There’s no such thing as a wrong answer!)

Weekly Fireside Chat:

  • In the Weekly Fireside Chat we will cover How you did with Exercise # 1 and Question # 1.
  • Be Prepared to share both during the Fireside Chat.
