Have you ever seen the Rocky movies? If you have, you know that Rocky always pushes himself beyond what anyone thinks is possible. He trains with full intensity until he can barely even move and then he finds the strength to keep going, just a little bit further. This is the one reason Rocky could always win, even against stronger more powerful opponents, he always found it in his heart to do a little bit more and go the extra mile. This is actually a common trait of all successful people and sports athletes. But this doesn’t just apply to training, going the extra mile means going above and beyond in everything that you do and doing more than what‘s asked of you when helping others. This month we will cover ways you can do a little bit extra for yourself and for others.


Go The Extra Mile For YOU


Life Mastery is all about doing everything you can to be your best self! You’ve already accomplished so much on this journey with us and we’re so proud of all the improvements that you’ve made but going the extra mile means just going a tiny bit more than what you think is possible. So if you exercise every day for 30 minutes, try exercising for an hour tomorrow! If you read every night for 15 minutes, try reading for 20 minutes tomorrow! If you usually run 3 laps on a track, try running 4 laps next time! This attitude of always going the extra mile is what makes you so special because not only will you always take the initiative, you’ll always push yourself to get better each time too!
